Our Da Yu Lin comes from Da Yu Lin Shan. Da Yu Lin Shan is world renowned for some of the best teas in Taiwan. This tea creates a greenish-yellow liquor that is slightly grassy and subtly sweet. As with many of the premium teas from this region, the leaves are good for multiple steepings.
